How to Schedule a Research Appointment with a Librarian

The ICC Library uses MyWCOnline for scheduling.

Students need to create a WCOnline account to view the library schedule and book an appointment. Here are some tips on creating an account and booking an appointment. Send us a chat if you don't find what you need. 

 

MyWCOnline Login 

  • Select the Library from the list of available schedules. 
  • Usernames and passwords are set when the account is created.

 

 

Register for an Account

  • New to MyWCOnline? Create an account to view the appointment schedule. 
  • Click on the Register for an Account link. 

 

View the Appointment Schedule

  • Make sure the Library schedule is displayed. Use the dropdown box to select Library. 
  • Librarians are available for appointments via Zoom or in-person at the East Peoria and Peoria campus libraries.
  • View the appointment type under the name of the Librarian. 
  • To select a day and time, click on the box and complete the form.
  • Don't forget to click on the Create Appointment button. 
  • Appointments must be scheduled two hours in advance.

Before the Appointment

  • Check your email for the appointment confirmation. 
  • For online appointments, the librarian will send the Zoom link via email.
  • Contact the Library with any other questions.
