Our IT Help Desk is happy to help you with login difficulties. Techs are available Monday through Friday (closed Saturday & Sunday).

First, try resetting your password from the the link directly below the username/login box.

If that doesn't work, call 309-694-5457, email icchelpdesk@icc.edu, or create an online ticket.

For faster service, please have the following information available for the tech:

  • Full Name

and, if you have it:

  • Student ID# (seven digit number), or
  • Student email address (zz###@icc.edu) or student userid (zz###)
  • if you don't have either of the above (student id or user id), a tech will still be able to help you.
